SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
At the moment, I only ship within Italy.

 

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping has a fixed cost of €6.50 per order.

 

Is free shipping available?
Yes, shipping is free for orders over €50.
 

Which courier do you use?
Shipments are made via Poste Italiane (Tracked Standard Parcel).

 

How long does it take to receive the order?

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the area.

 

Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes, you will receive the tracking code once the package has been shipped.

PICK UP IN PERSON

Can I pick up the order in person?
Yes, you can select free in-person pickup during checkout.

 

Where does the pickup take place?
Pickup takes place in the city of Vicenza.

 

How is the pickup organized?
After the order and payment have been made, you will be contacted by email to arrange the day and time.

PRINTS

What type of paper do you use?
The prints are made on high-quality printing paper (smooth or textured), chosen to ensure good color rendering and long-lasting durability.

The paper weight is 300 gsm.

 

Are the prints signed or numbered?

The prints are signed on the back.

Only for certain collections, a selection of numbered illustrations will be available and will be indicated in the product sheet.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available at checkout are accepted (credit card, bank transfer, and Paypal)

RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Can I return a product?
Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days of receiving your order, as provided by current regulations.

 

Are there any exceptions to the right of withdrawal?
Yes. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or those made to the customer's specific request.

 

How can I make a return?
To start a return request, contact me by email within 10 days of delivery, indicating the order number.

 

Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of errors or issues attributable to the seller.

 

What happens if the product arrives damaged?
In case of damage during shipping, contact me within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the package and the product.
